I reserved a room at the Lady Luck Casino Hotel. It is connected to another casino hotel (The Isle) by a parking garage. This would usually be a plus for me, however, when I went to check in it became a pain. Unknown to me, when you stay at the Lady Luck, you check in at the desk located in The Isle. I parked at the entrance of Lady Luck, but had to walk about four blocks to check in at the Isle. Also, I couldn't find a luggage cart, and since I didn't actually get to my room until almost midnight, there wasn't any staff to ... read more

Seemed like room was cleaned in a hurry... Seemed like room was cleaned in a hurry... Found what looked like pubic hair in bathtub which also had white (soap like streaks) on walls of tub and shower... Only trash can was in the bathroom and tiny... the room smelled of stale cigarettes... and check in was a big hassle.
