Kiosk machine didn’t work for check in Check in was 4:00 pm. We arrived at 3:40pm still wanted a fee for check in early. On a Thursday!! Comfortable

Disappointing
Better value somewhere else We waited for about 25 minutes for a clerk to check us in. Then we were hit with a $165 "deposit" even though it was all supposed to be taken care of through the booking app. There were a TON of extra charges that were not explained prior to booking. The room temperature could not be adjusted and stayed at 82 degrees. We thought we were melting the whole time we were in the room! When we went to check out, we were told that noone was working and we would have to go to another casino to check out. ... read more

Overwhelmed The staff were very noisy. I know they’re just doing their jobs but still kept us up through the night and did it. The casinos were a plus and restaurants near by not the ones in Lady Luck tho .

Bad
We were booked for two nights but only stayed for one. You could hear the toilet flushing in the room above ours. We wanted to watch HBO or other channels which used to be free but now are pay for view. It was easy to get to and not too crowded.
Great location, loud with uncaring staff. We had an issue of a domestic altercation where my daughters had to call security. There was a child involved and it was quite scary and they got no sleep.. The hotel did nothing to accommodate that experience. We asked to be away from the elevators and instead the front desk placed us right next to them which was noisy all night, again the manager did nothing to accommodate the issue. We won’t be staying there again, Great location
Very Poor
Wouldn’t do it again, even for the price :/ We were checked into a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. It was late so it was a bit confusing. Then the rooms were extremely hot. You could only crack the window while the fan softly (barely) blew. We woke up throughout the night- sweating, dry throat, and stuffed. The hallways were cooler than the rooms. Location— that’s it
