Good value Nice room - spacious. Jenn at front desk was wonderful! Overall room was good - few cleaning areas like vents that need attention. Wish we had four pillows and an extra blanket. Phones in rooms didn't have button to call housekeeping. Had to call RENO, NV to get Blackhawk phone number. Spoke to front desk - requested pillow/blanket. Never arrived.

The only thing we regret is eating at the farmers restaurant. Good was horrible.

Like the bathroom design Overall the room was great. The heater was working a little weird. Good size tv, good pillows. Like the bathroom design.

Quick overnight stay. Went for a fun night at the casino. Had a good time and enjoyed the hotel. Always clean and comfortable.

When I checked in the lady at the desk kept talking to me but becacaue of the mask I couldn't hear a word she said. Please tell staff to speak up. And I see entry is different and I had a terrible time using it. That should have been told to use upon check-in. Someone in the elevator helped me and the cleaning people helped me into the room.
