Stay somewhere else First room was full of bugs. The second room had drywall all over shower. Then during checkout, nobody was available and it took forever. Location to where zi was fishing
Bad..... Place The bed was horrible, the food at the restaurant horrific. Nothing
Frustrating place to find your way around in. Directions to the front desk, pure and simple. It was a baffling location. We walked about half a mile inside the casino and never did find our correct room, so the night wnded up costing us $50 more than we expected.
Not worth the price This hotel has zero amenities. There’s no place to get breakfast before 9 am, other than Starbucks. These rooms are old and you can hear other guests right through the walls. We got woken up multiple times by voices and a baby crying. There was hardly ever a person at the front desk in the 4 days we spent there. The vending machines on my floor didn’t work, and the ones on the other floor had no water in them, but there’s no place to buy it because there’s nobody at the front desk. Our first room was disgusting. I was not feeling well & needed to rest & couldn’t until we got new room about 2a Our first room #1147 smelled like dirty socks or vomit. I went right back down to front desk to ask for a new room. The older man that was so nice at check in was horrible to me (10 min later). States we have no room. Booking.com cancelled the room without my permission. 3. Booking.com charged the rooms 4 days before scheduled arrival time/day. I booked 9 rooms, there were only 7 rooms paid by booking.com. 2 rooms were cancelled by Booking.com. Two of the families had to paid for 2 more rooms. Very Poor Old & not very clean Convenient
Fair No breakfast offered. Check-in was not efficient. First room assigned was not very clean. I asked for quiet room and was given a room right by the elevators and noisy ice machine.
Great location spot, with all the casinos around. The plumbing needs some work. You were able to only take a really hot shower, or a really cold one. The view was nice.
