Poor See above Remote for tv rattled & I got it to work in the evening, would not work in the morning. Bathroom sink was coming apart from the countertop. Stickies on full length mirror. Toilet lid would not stay up.

Fair The sink wouldn't drain. No washcloths. Also charges that weren't expecting. Could have stayed in westminster alot cheaper when all the extras where added plus the security deposit Location

If this wasn’t for a casino it wouldn’t have been worth it. Having to walk around with my bags multiple times , getting passed around from person to person. The manager was asked to speak too he said he was too busy and never came. No comp for any trouble was provided. For how expensive the room was there’s no microwave/fridge and it just wasn’t worth the money. Nobody advised that the hotels from desk closed at 10pm both kiosks were down and after calling 0 multiple times nobody came. I was behind two other couples that cal... read more
