Average. Smelled like smoke in the room. Thermostat was on heat when I got there with the window open. Carpet dirty. Mirrors filthy with streaks. A place to lay my head.

Lousy as we were not able to check in since no rooms were available. Check in was suppose to be at 4pm but room was not ready. We were asked to wait 30 min as they had to be cleaned. After 30 mins by 5pm room still not ready. We went to another hotel.

Trash aggressive horrible front desk woman The front desk employee was awful. Threatening to cancel my reservation. Not check me in. She would not give me her name. Threatened me, argued and made me feel worthless and humiliated. I have never met a worse front desk employee in my life. I will not be staying there again Where to begin no help you found anywhere air conditioner didn’t work then we came back at 9 o’clock at night to find another couple in our room which was issued keys to the same room as ours so overall, I had a terrible night Location

Ok but will be staying elsewhere next time. Ordered room service, no bottle opener for the wine, no utensils for the food. Kiosk at checkin/checkout did not work. Close to everything.
