It was okay but I did expect more for the price that was paid, doubt I ever stay the night again. The bathroom was dirty and needed to be swept also no vent in bathroom. TV was leaning to one side and the carpet needed vacuuming, it appeared as if the cleaners only spit clean not thoroughly clean. Everything was easily accessible.
I WANT A REFUND!!! Got there at 830 pm room wasn't ready. Was told to leave my email they will contact me when ready. Never received an email!! Went back to counter no one was there. Went back again and there was a sign that said closed!!! Now it is 3am and I NEVER got a room. Had to stay up all night because we couldn't find anyone to help us! I want a refund! Good value average service. The staff at reception could do better. The room was spacious and clean.
