We had reservations at Lady Luck but actually it was not open so they moved us to Isles. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. We would have went to Isles check in instead of Lady Luck.

The bed was extremely comfortable. However there was no light at all in the bathroom and when we mentioned it to the front desk they didn't seem to care or do anything to fix it.

Clean, nice comfortable room. was an overnight stay, the lady Luck check in was closed so seems like we walked a long ways to get checked in being an elderly lady it was quiet the walk. then checked in had to walk all the way back to our room.

Great Amazing! I stayed with mom for a night for a mini girls trip. Clean and very comfortable.

Great value for the money. We were able to check in at the front desk, although a lot of time people have to walk down to a different casino to check in. Overall, clean, quiet rooms, comfortable, great location, Starbucks in the hotel, would definitely stay here again. Not much luck in the casino though!
