Overall a good time. I called 3 times to let them know the refrigerator was not plugged in. Finally after the 3rd time they came and plugged it in, but my food that I put in the fridge was already ruined.

Typical casino stay The casino staff was less than enthusiastic and our room was extremely hot, the ac didn’t work Room was decent and location was centrally located

Poor The hot water faucet didn't work right. The mini- fridge didn't work right either, and there was no temperature control knob. The coffee pot didn't have a plug in spot. The Native American girl was the best, friendly, and professional.

I will never stay there again. We got in our room and there was no blankets on the bed, called the front desk and asked for blankets.They said they would get someone up there.As soon as possible, no one never showed up.So we had to go get a different hotel I like being at blackhawk, but the stay was horrible.No, blankets in the room and I called room service and they said they were going to bring some and did not
