Disappointing
Lady luck or bad luck Our room was horrible. It was dirty and the A/C didn't work. We asked to switch room but they were booked. So we decided to leave the window open all day thinking it's 30 degrees outside should cool down the room. We were wrong. When we asked to have it serviced they never showed up. They said they would bring us a fan. It never showed up so at 11:30 pm we decided to just leave as it was so hot and uncomfortable we weren't going to sleep anyways. Staff was friendly.
Disappointing I didn't like the smell. The whole room smelled like sewer. Also the rate I was given was different when I arrived. I liked the customer service
Poor I had 2 rooms so this is my second review. It was extremely hot, and they ran out of fans, so we were miserable. We get shocked everywhere. The check in desk was never manned, so we had to walk a very far way every time that we needed something. The room keys kept getting deactivated. It was just very aggravating Free parking and comfortable beds
Disappointing It was so hot in the casinos and the rooms. The air conditioning wasn't working in my room, so they had to bring me a fan. We constantly got shocked, trying to unlock our door and when using the elevators. I called right after I checked out because I forgot my pillow. They said they didn't find it so I'm not happy because it was my expensive, comfortable pillow that helps my neck because of my neck Injury. Fair Faculties were overall very dusty and dirty. There were food crumbs all threw the hotel hall floors leading to the rooms. The walls in the room were absolutely disgusting. With dust lining the walls of the room. I'm pretty disappointed considering the amount paid. The staff was amazing! Frank was our host and definitely made the stay!
Elevator problems The key to our room didn't work to get the elevator to our room on the 9th floor, the rooms were loud, and our room was hot even with the thermostat on cool and high The mountains
Poor I recently stayed at the Lady Luck Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The air conditioning in my room was barely functional, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, feeling worn out and lumpy. On top of that, the coffee machine in the room was broken, which was disappointing as I rely on my morning coffee. No thanks. No hot water had to check ourselves in on a kiosk. No one at the front desk it had a sign up that said, "Be back in 5 minutes. No one came back for over 2 hours.
