I wish I booked somewhere else instead I booked to stay from Mon. Feb 24th - Thus. Feb 27th, however I was terrorized by the hotel maintenance fire alarm testing crew on Wednesday the 26th. When I say this I was staying in room 1143, and at around 1:30pm I was sleeping in bed and an awful sound starts screeching from the fire alarm. For about 20 minutes this insane sound filled my room at extremely high decibels. I won’t be able to tolerate staying at this property if they continue to pump synthetic perfume through the ventilation There was synthetic perfumed air-freshener being pumped through the ventilation system of the whole building, especially the casino. I have severe chemical sensitivity and felt like a train had hit me the entire time I was in the building. Also, there were children screaming in the next room over until midnight. Definitely not what I expected from a "Caesars" hotel. Housekeeping was rude and loud during early morning hours. One lady was super rude, my husband asked her a question, and she completely ignored him and shut the elevator door in his face like we weren't even there. You could hear the elevator all night long. Keep in mind we weren't even that close to it. Every person walking by talking we could hear like they were in the room with us. Decent stay Checked in at 3:55 and was asked to use the kiosk. The check-in guy was helping another customer who had a problem. The kiosk would let me check in as it was 3:57 at that point. We had to go through th rd whole check in again at 4:00. There should be a small lead way. We didnt really know where to go after we checked in, but we figured it out. Equipment noise and bad nights sleep! Check-in attendent asked if I wanted a room close to the elevator or further away for less noise. I said farther away less noise. Gave us a room next to the elevator 3 doors down! Incompetence! Then throughout the nights there was a loud squeeking sound that woke us up numerous times. A true ceasar would not feel it worthy. An older property needs to be updated. Renting a microwave for $25/night is just cheap. Check-in was slow, and the machines were broken. The air conditioner (heater) seemed... antiquated, but it did the job. If you're going to keep old things, then you shouldn't charge modern prices. Also, make sure you have enough gaming available.
