Cold a not so clean of a place It was dirty and cold air kept coming in from window area and the furnace cover was knocked off and not on right. Bathroom was dirty and had a used bar of soap on a wash cloth. Beds were made but under the covers were not maid right on the bed. Trash cans didn't have liners and only the outlet on the lamp worked besides where tv and a tiny refrigerator was located. The view was ok it was dirty, bathroom had

Birthday disappointment The showers were completely outdated. I understand the AC was off for the winter we didn't have a working fan. The carpets were not great . I would have paid $75-100 but not the almost $300 especially after we spent a ton of money at the casinos and restaurants

Will not stay there again. For the price of the room, I have stayed in better places in Blackhawk. The first room they put us in smells like mold and chemicals. A staff member came to the door and asked that we leave the room for sometime so that we can air out the room. After coming back to the room, the smell did not go away. They put us in a different room, without us having to fight for a different room. However, the next room they put us in the bathroom sink did not drain. Read above! Our room was so hot. I bought this room for my boyfriend for his bday! We didn’t sleep at all. We heard five different stories. One the maintenance man came and looked at it. He didn’t say anything about how the hotel turns off the air containing in the winter. Then they got us a fan to put by the window that only opens 4 inches. It was so hot all night and we didn’t sleep. The room costs over 200 dollars. It is just ridiculous. Nothing
