Not a terrible hotel, but the smell will make me never visit again We walked in to the check in area and were hit in the face with this stench of pee or something pretty awful. There was no one at the desk, we had to check in and out at a kiosk. The elevator we took up to the room smelled like someone had just thrown up in there. The room was pretty decent with an updated bathroom. Bad I didn't like the fact that nobody was available at the check-in desk. I used the kiosk to check in, had to use my credit card again, plus the room was NOT CLEAN!!!! It was obvious to my partner and I that the room was recently used, as the bed was unmade and dirty towels were thrown about the bathroom. I liked that the staff at the Horseshoe Hotel and Casino rectified the mess up of the Lady Lucks staff.

Bad The hotel extra $180 fees. When we got into room it was dirty and trash all over. Called front desk and they were not very nice. We did get another room but it took a while to get another room lugging our luggage backa and forth. The view area outside.
