We went to relax and it wasn’t relaxing. No air circulation, beds were not comfortable, tv didn’t work until we flipped a light switch Location, water pressure in the shower

Lady Luck was Old Lady outta luck! Room in need of renovation...big time! Shower had Luke warm water and the shower puller was stuck. Casino access poor and very old and worn. Restaurant closed down. Restaurant at adjacent Horseshoe was awful and way overpriced. Out of all the larger casino hotels, Lady Luck was by far the worst...Horseshoe second worse! Would not stay there again even if price was right. Monarch, The Lodge and Ameristar far exceeds LL and HS.

Poor None of the machines worked hardly, check in took awhile with only one machine working and no staff around to help anyone, the staff we did see was rude. Won’t be coming back.

I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay there. Mgmt is disrespectful, very rude and very arrogant
Don't Bother Staying Here Front desk help was horrible and insensitive. Restaurant server spilled a bowl of Phu on my friend and nobody even offered a discount or apology by a Manager. Very average.

You get what you pay for. The room is antiquated: old thermostat and vent blows by window and not into room; rusted drain plugs, toilet splashes water when flushed, carpet has residual smell of urine The location had an excellent view

Unless you’re blowing money gambling don’t stay there. Parking was thoroughly confusing, partially closed and no signs. Could find my truck in the morning poorly laid out. Town very dead and no evidence of places to eat. Restaurants did not even come up on google maps. Would’ve done better in Idaho Springs. No breakfast that I saw…
