Disappointing The beds are as hard as a rock, I felt like I was fighting for every hour of sleep. My whole body is sore, it felt like the ground outside would have been more comfortable. The restaurants were very good, and the hotel staff was nice.

Below average based on prior stays Ensuring the room has everything is should have upon arrival - hangers always seems to be an issue - your lucky if you get any and if you do, the most I've ever gotten was 2 I stay here regularly for work and usually everything is great. This stay the room key stopped working every day I was there, I had no hangers or iron board in the room and asked three separate times to get them, with no response. good to get away from the city, i wanted to gamble more in the morning, but breakfast took too long it took almost an hour to get our food at breakfast. when leaving i had to go to 2 different cashiers to trade in my chips and tickets no waitress to off er drinks on the casino floor until almost 7pm staff was very friendly and room was nice

Fair During check-in the lady that checked me in was rude and snotty. I asked her a question about my card and her response was rude and disrespectful and really never answered my question about my card. Second, she never told us where the elevator was, what floor or where my room is located. My room also smelled like they were having issues maybe with the plumbing, I'm not sure. A big mistake that should be avoided by all. The restaurant hours were wrong on the website. We stayed Monday through Friday and not once did our room get cleaned, never got clean towels, or water/coffee resupplied. The water is awful in the shower and it was out of bodywash. Nothing good stood out.

Won't stay again Building under construction and there was a scaffolding set up around it. Consequently, all windows were covered with some plastic sheet blocking daylight and views. It felt like being in a dungeon! The room also smelled of cigarettes and there was a used band aid on the bed! Location, plenty of free parking space.
