Very Poor Warmer comforter, 4 pillows for 2 people, and a microwave and clean walls. We were given 3 pillows on a king size bed, their was no comforter and we were freezing with the AC off. Also, for a 245 dollar room, not having a microwave to reheat our food was upsetting. The bathroom door was not wiped down and had dirty prints all over it. Will not be staying in this hotel again. Overpriced, unhealthy room air conditions. Seems your casino has a 20% payout. Wont be spending $ reverse these two, you will get it. A/C did not work well @ all, contacted front desk, they sent up maintenance. The gentleman opened up thee a/c unit, and it was full of dust, lint, and filter was caked with a half inch of stuff you should'nt be breathing. My wife has allergies, not a good first night.

Poor Uncomfortable pillows, the room not very clean, very noise area I think they are in construction and is very expensive for a lot of things going on there Nothing

Fair I've never had to pay for early check in. They wanted to charge me $10.00 If the room is available most places will let you check in. On top of that maids were knocking at my door at 8:30 am to clean. It was not as comfortable as a few years ago. Next time I will spend a few $$ more for a nicer room. The paintings by the elevator. That's it.

Under construction Bathroom light had burnt out bulbs. Lamps had broken shades. Hair was everywhere and kept the curtains shut since construction scaffolding was right in front of the window. Close to other other casinos

Fair The bed I slept in must have been broken. There was a hole that you fell into, and it was miserable to sleep on. The corners of the room were dirty as well as the hallways. We were woken up at 4am by a guy slamming doors and cussing. The guy at the desk was friendly
