SAD No trash can in the room Shower had no window was painted TV had no channels but On Demand Casino had 《Escorts Working 》for having the name Cesar's attached to was pathetic and sad overall it was a motel 6 and that's being nice Room was clean

Never again EVER Everything Nothing no elevators, no coffee,no one care was made to walk in the alley in the dark of nite down a flight of stairs 2 older ladies alone in bitch dark..it sucked

Very Poor The elevators did not work well. Window glass was painted (!) such that you could not see through, and they could be opened only 4 inches.

Do better Lady Luck. Shower would not turn on, wife had to take a bird bath from the tub spicket, broken hair dryer. Hotel under construction so no view from the room ( not too big of a deal) I expected a couple issues due to the remodel. However the issues in the room are inexcusable while charging $260.00 for a one night stay. I liked the Casino.

I’ll never stay here again It was way too hot and no hot water in the sink. Shower was hot but blow dryer was not powerful at all. The AC didn’t work it was so hot in the rooms and the casino. The keurig machine in our room made cold coffee it was broken.

was ok. We reserved a king room, when we arrived the front desk said they didn't have a king available. upon checking in to a double room, It was dirty. It wasn't touched, Housekeeper NICE GUY, called front desk told them the room was out of order, due to the toilet not working. He even told front desk it smelled like sh*t. So we go down stairs again and finally get a king room as we had reserved. Guy at the front desk took off to the back and didn't want to come out. But the lady who helped was very polite. Disappointing The restroom sink was broken; no water pressure as the knob wouldn't release all the way. It was loosed and coming apart. The lighting in the restroom was also broken, causing a debri the sink. Hair everywhere! Overall, the room was not clean, as there were crumbs around the carpet and bed area. Location was great

To be honest, the staff was minimal and unhelpful. The hotel room didn’t actually have blankets more than just double sh We were promised a view and got construction instead It looked pretty

Poor Getting locked out of my room 4 times. Had to go down and get new keys made 3 times. Had to finally ask housekeeping to change sheets, get me clean towels, and coffee for the 3rd night. They had never been there. Then they forgot, then had to get them up there in the evening. Was NOT happy with them. Not a whole lot, this time around.
