My stay at this place was the worst I ever had. I was getting ready to go to bed at 3am and then I grabbed my pillow and on the bottom side of the pillow was a brown stain. I don’t know what it was but only a few things are brown. Worst experience of my life.

Should have read the reviews before staying here. After checking in we were charged another 100 dollars after buying through Expedia. Same thing happened to the guy in front of us and the front desk guy didn’t know why. Our first room walked in and nearly threw up. Smelled like a bucket of vomit and sewage. Went back downstairs to change rooms. No apology for the smell. Got to the 2nd room and it smelled like an ash tray of roaches. When we checked out we got charged another 30 dollars. The bed was hard and the room smell bad had to call front desk! The shower was bad too wasn’t draining fast enough to drain the water

First room they gave us smelled like someone died in fire fueled by propane and dog hair. Same smell would faintly appear in the other room from time to time. Opening the window in either room risked having it fall out either into the room or the parking structure below (Risked it due to previous point.) No bathroom fan made sharing a room with two others wonderful. Did not know housekeeping had to be requested until 3 days in. We were close to the elevator and every time someone used it , it would squeek very noisely. could not sleep

We arrived rather late in the evening (midnight) we had to go to the horseshoe hotel to check in which was fine but the sign on the Lady luck desk only gave an address of where to go and not the hotel name. We had to ask. Check in was ok. We got to our room and our king sized bed only had 3 pillows on there, i called to get a few more but there was no one to bring them to us.
