We enjoyed our stay, but the hotel room lacked pillows. It was a king size bed with only 3 small pillows. Quality of the room felt very poor, and bedding was very uncomfortable. It was also hot in the room, and the AC didn't work properly. No amenties like room service either. I loved the location of the hotel, and proximity to other casinos, and The Lady Luck is right next to the river creek, which was great. The staff are rude and don’t reply to messages. They act like early check in is unheard of and are not accommodating. The front desk was never staffed and there were signs to contact the Isle casino. The AC in the room didn’t work and it was hot, muggy and unbearable. The toilet wouldn’t stop running and making loud noises all night. ThE beds are uncomfortable and you can feel the springs. We called and asked for an extra pillow and were again told the front desk was closed and told to walk to the isle casino. This place is ... read more

Booked and paid for my room through Expedia...got to property and no reservation found. Aside from that the service and food from the lil snack bar cafe was horrible! Nothing special about this place.

I got there at 3pm and went to check in but checkin was at 4pm so they wanted $10 for early check in. I declined and waited the hour. My room was nice and comfortable and clean but there was a loud sound of a motor running continuously outside my window. It made it very hard to sleep. i thought maybe the window was open so checked it and it was closed but was a poor quality window and frame that just let noise in.

Hello Mary, we do apologize for the that loud sound coming from outside, when you decide to stay again I suggest that we put you in our other hotel tower (Isle/LadyLuck). My guess is that there is an air conditioning unit from another hotel possibly close to your last room. thanks for taking the time to let us know about your stay with us. We checked in earlier had to pay a fee no big deal get to the room and it hadn't been cleaned yet. So waited for a new room which she said she wipe things down for us the bathroom looked as if it hadnt been sweeped or mopped for awhile. Nothing was offered to us for the inconvenience of checking in to a dirty room either

Long wait for checking in at 4pm. Room are average although clean. Did not offer even a coupon for staying and nowhere to eat at the onsite property. I want ever stay there again 2 star old facility.

Cheap is not worth it!! Room smells moldy or musty when you first walk in. Turned on the air conditioner to get rid of smell. Sink was clogged and when taking a shower the tub filled up with water because it to was clogged. It was pretty gross!
