No lady luck there..must have been the April fool The hotel restaurant was said to be outstanding food and service. But the food sealed the deal after the server was never anywhere to be found. Food cold. Hamburger and fries are a hard deal to mess up but they are not good cold. In the room, phone did not work. Bed hard and you feel every movement across the bed. Shouldnt be on a king size. Meh? The bed was kinda hard and the pillows were awkwardly short and felt like they were just compacted shredded foam? The room smelled a little, too. I mean, it wasn't terrible, but next time I will spend the extra $15 and go over to Isle or Monarch.

I did not like the fact that I had to get my hotel room key reset twice in less than 24 hours. No one at the front desk it’s stupid making your guests walk to another hotel to get help is ridiculous

It’s old and smells old too .. staff is awful , unprofessional and careless. The young lady who checked us in had a low cut crop top on with her bralette showing. They didn’t even have staff to check you in at the Lady Luck they make you walk a mile through the casino to check in at isle and then you have to walk back a mile through the casino to get to your room, with your bags and everything , I thought maybe we were being pranked, like this can’t be real. The hotel is nice. There was no one at the Lady Luck check in counter and the instructions for checking in at the other hotel were very vague. We had to ask several times for help.

Well the staff is not friendly the rooms were dirty the casinos are dirty I've never seen so much dust in one place in my life my refrigerator didn't work ask them to fix it no response at all tried to call the front desk from my room they would not answer call them from my cell phone they answered The beverage centers were dirty will never go back again not to their hotel not to their casino
