Get directionsPoor poor air conditioning The air conditioning in the room was miserable, would not work at all and almost felt like it was making the room warmer. It was impossible to get the room comfortable even with the window open as far as possible. Could not get a good nights sleep and made the next part of the trip not as exciting due to my low energy.

We had to drag our luggage late at night to another hotel to check in then drag our luggage all the way bag to our hotel and had to go outside in the cold. Probably won't book thru Expedia again for a great deal.

People next door woke me up at 2am fighting screaming and yelling, called front desk and they responded well. They came up and people screamed and yelled down hall. Been up 3 hours dealing with next door people. Front desk was polite and said they would give us free room and return the money just let Expedia know and they will write a note to return room. I seriously didn’t sleep entire night.

Rooms need to be upgraded, they were not up to my standards..Dirty and repulsive..I would not stay at the lady luck again...Dennis Drum

I have videos of spit, blood and god knows what else on the walls, doors and lamps. This place was DISGUSTING. I should of been the one paid to stay there. I am so unhappy. Went up for my birthday and it was ruined. No one at the front desk no help. Nothing to make up for a horrible stay. I want my money back.
