Dump Place is a dump. Sink in our bathroom was broken despite a recent remodel. The staff didn't care about our problems especially the dog in the room across the hall that whined until 11pm. Every check in was a joke. Pay more and stay at the Ameristar or Monarch

I had to clean the bathroom again myself cuz it was so disgusting and pretty sure there's bed bugs

I have stayed at Lady Luck in the past and always was pleased. This time the hallways to the rooms were filthy and in need of vacuuming. It remained like that all 3 dsys we were there. We also discovered other guests toe nails that had been left in the room

Stayed at hotel many times previously. This time we noticed it was considerably dirty. Over-full trash cans, the hallways were not vacuumed at all in the 2 days were there and had to ask to have our room vacuumed. Not recommend staying.

The room had a swinging bi-fold door on the bathroom. It had a 1/2 " gap in tbe door, there was no privacy in the bathroom. This was unbelievable.
