I've been looking online for a lamp for a specific space for a while now. Lamps Plus has the greatest selection online, and you are often able to go to the store to see it before you order. If not in stock, the knowledgeable salespeople answer any question you have in person, phone or text. After speaking to Andre, I ordered the perfect lamp for my space today. Can't wait for it to arrive!

I needed to replace a broken globe on a previously existing chandelier. There was no branding on the chandelier and no way to know the manufacturer or the correct replacement globes needed. After weeks of online research and close "but not quite right" possible solutions, I went to Lamps Plus on South Colorado Blvd taking one of the globes with me. A special thank you to Rebecca for all of her help in finding outdoor wall lanterns that go "up" from the hardware base (due to the exterior design of our home). On Memorial Day weekend, the moment we walked through the door, she got busy going through the store inventory, as well as the Lamps Plus online portal, to find what we needed. The 5 Stars is for Andre! Lamps Plus corporate can go kick a stump (1-Star). Andre was SUPER helpful and went above and beyond to help a customer who spent $2,000+ on a single light that had to be delivered due to its size (65" x 50" ceiling light). Great experience evaluating options for outdoor lighting. Patrick was happy to guide us through what to look for when choosing exterior lights and drafted a quote for the lights in which we were interested. We needed a special lamphead for our existing track lighting. Andre, who helped us, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, ensuring we got exactly the right light for our needs. Lamps Plus is my favorite lighting store! Great selection of lights, fast delivery service and very nice customer service representatives and store manager.
