There were some interesting items at Lamps. I may go with one or the torch lights I saw... not fully hooked. I will be looking at other places to find more options. The overall place is actually better than I expected, fairly clean, kind if organized chaos.

Great selection of all types of lighting with very reasonable prices. James was very knowledgeable about features and benefits of various products. He also helped us select the proper bulbs for our purposes!
Extremely pleased with customer service. I ordered two great torcheres that arrived quickly. One did not work and in the process of trying out bulbs and switches and outlets I broke the glass shade. I was totally bummed.. When I called customer service to figure out to replace the non-working lamp and explained that I broke the shade, the agent cheerfully just ordered a new one without charging me for the shade and took me through the repacking process. James was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable, personable and helpful. I went in looking for some wall mounted light fixtures to go on each side of our bed and he was so customer service oriented and knew his products so well. He helped me make the perfect choice for our home!
Love this place. The variety of lamps and the decor , can keep you shopping for hours. They have rare/ hard to find pieces are displayed. A quick look turned into hours. Of looking, researching and playing where the decor would fit at home. And there are a range of pricing to fit any budget
After looking at the online selection at Lamps Plus, I had found three chandeliers I liked, but didn't want to buy without looking at them in person. We headed down to this location to see if they had them in stock. We were greeted by James, who opened the door for us and immediately asked what he could do to help. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. Patrick really stood out and he was super helpful. Less interested in making a sale than in helping us make the right selection. We have shopped here for years and the inventory is very good.
This was a very cool store, with a wide variety of products. Pretty expensive, but I would recommend for a good lamp. I also received incredible service from Andrew. He was extremely friendly throughout our shopping experience, and was very genuine.
I had ordered two hanging lamps online and needed to return one because the posts were thicker in person than they appeared online. I tried to get a return authorization number via text and email, but no reply after 24 hours. Got a call-back after one hour.
