Dr Earp, Dr Frankling, and Dr Erdman are all quality veterinarians who give the utmost care to their patients. They are also easy to talk to, understand, and get a proper and accurate diagnosis. They have helped Mollie out in so many ways, we can't thank them enough.
I switched from my former vet who was sold to a chain and their prices and recommendations became what i consider predatory. I wanted a down to earth, honest experienced Vet and was referred by a friend. I love the care, personal attention, and very reasonable charges of Dr Earp. He is very conscientious and his staff are great. It is nice to have full trust in your Vet !
I have had nothing but positives experiences with Laurelwood and Dr. Earp. 1) Our puppies actually love going to the vet because the entire staff truly loves animals and takes the extra time to give them pets and affection. 2) Dr. Earp is awesome. Here for my first appointment for my lil Chihuahua. After going to another vet hospital I started feeling like they didn't care for my pets anymore like they used to. So I came to this place after loooking at reviews on yelp. I came for a general check up and had concerns about recent tummy troubles on my youngest chihuhua. Great experience! The vets and staff here will listen to your concerns and address them properly without trying to push extra services/preventative care on you and your pet. At some vets, I feel the main concern is making a profit, not caring for animals. These rackets will pressure, and even guilt trip you into paying for unnecessary care/medicine. I felt as though my dog was well taken care of, and that I was respected throughout the process. I highly recommend Laurelwood Animal Hospital!
I can't rave enough about this place. They take SUCH good care of my fur baby. I came here by referral of my animal lover boss. It's nowhere near close to where I live or work, but I don't care. It's well worth the drive knowing that my 4 lb chihuahua will be cared for with love and compassion. Dr. Erdman is amazing. She is so kind and gentle and knowledgeable. She (and the whole staff) genuinely care about you and your pet.
Dr. Earp is amazing! I looked at Yelp when looking for a vet before we took our puppy home from the breeder and I'm glad we found Laurelwood Animal Hospital. My puppy vomited and I called to inquire about it and I was told I was getting a callback from Dr. Earp by the end of the day but he called not even 5 minutes after. He was prompt but gave a lot of details. He's always great with our puppy!
Dr Earp is great. I brought my cat in to have a dental assessment and to address his respiratory issues. Dr. Earp really listens to you and is in no rush, he takes his time and then gives you all of the different options you could do. For my cats dental he felt like it was too advance for his office, although they would do the cleaning if I really wanted it, but that my cat probably needed more than a cleaning and that he probably needs an actual dentist ($$$). I used Yelp to find our new veterinarian. Our vet for the past 10 years went corporate and services went downhill. Fast. Laurelwood Animal Hospital is so wonderful! Our first visit went perfect. Dr. Erdman was thorough and patient with our excitable Lab. They didn't oversell or upsell any products, insurance, or tests. The lobby was clean; our office visit was very clean and comfortable! Laurelwood charged less than I'd anticipated! I really couldn't be happier! I am glad we made the switch!
