The quality of the food has gone down hill, I have see this for months now. The lentils are stale the meat quality is poor. I used to love this place now I can not recommend this restaurant.
Hair in the food. The service didn’t seemed bothered and neither did they make any special effort to apologize. Instead the waiter just that this was too long to be his hair.
The air conditioning wasn’t working and we had to tell them to open the door as it became very humid and stuffy. We had asked for spicy food and the food came out totally bland.
Our reservation was at 11:30 am. When we got there we were told they could sit us but that they did not have their cooks yet. We said we didn’t mind since we were there already but it was an inconvenience due to the fact that I only had an hour to spare.
First impression, I was seating at the second seat next to the window table. The wall beside me was dirty, it looks like a spilled coffee or wine, maybe I have some OCD I don't know, so I told one of the house man if he can do something about it, he used a napkin, to try and clean it, it got better. Two meals were orderd, food was just okay, so is everything else. Nothing stood out.
San Carlos location's gone downhill. We were there when restaurant was empty and yet server messed up our order and the food we got was bland - whole group felt dishes were under-par and lesser than we had received before at this location. I've had take-out from Burlingame restaurant than was better than that evening in San Carlos. On the positive side, they were extremely attentive with water. For the price, I would not go back again.
Waitress served the drinks but never came back to take our order. We have to call the manager and she took our order. Also, the sales tax charge was more than the legal one in San Carlos, CA
Service slow, loud too the point you have to almost scream to speak with someone and I didn’t care for the food. I would never go back.
Service could of been more attentive, I had to ask the server to pour us more wine and to bring my children more beverages. When we were leaving there was no one to wish us a good night, it appeared that all of the staff were on a break together.
