Absolutely NO Stars was not an option on this review site. I am providing the worst review. I have had the worst customer service from billing. I have requested to speak with a supervisor numerous times with no return call. I have a fabulous provider whom I see regularly and have followed her from another office. Unbelievable liars! What a con! STAY AWAY!!!! "Revitalist" is part of their game!When I figured it out, they disappeared minutes after emailing a request for my credit card number! Very polished setup!Such disception! UNREAL!
The absolute worst company ever!!! For months now my provider ************************* and her assistant never return phone calls for appointments or refills on necessary medication! Always filled when Im either on my last pill or completely out of medication for days!! I cannot believe Lifestance allows patients to be treated like this. Then again their just sitting back getting rich while people suffer!!
had an awful experience where the practitioner kept ignoring what I said and put the opposite in my records I did not know until I read the records I was going to take to my therapist I literally had a breakdown and have NEVER been back since. 3 years later they are trying to get me to pay $440 dollars and can't seem to send me an itemized bill or tell me what date I had whatever appointment my insurance didn't cover
I dont need to elaborate on my circumstances here. It seems Lifestance treats all its patients equally poorly. Expect frauduent charges, incomplete prescriptions, unavailable providers, and unhelpful administrators, if you use this service. I can PROMISE you your mental health and your pocket book will suffer.

They charged my card without sending the bill to my health insurance, this is illegal and I probably will *** if I don't get a refund soon. Don't trust this company!
If I could give this place no stars I would. They took money out of my account without my knowledge and did not send me a billing statement prior. It took me 4 hours to get this resolved today. My insurance provider had already paid out the claims prior to them charging me. Time to shut this place down!
