Wish I could give 0 stars. Referred to this provider by my sons PCP. How I wish Id never met/known of them!! You can never get through for a cancel or reschedule. So when you no show they bill you anyway. Happened twice. Even upon calling to pay my 2 no-shows, Im holding over 30 mins just to get through!! Tried diff times, diff. times of day. They dont give a single care about people. This is a business front only. Pretending to be a place that provides care to ppl who really need it. Dont waste your time. Should be a crime ... read more

I saw a therapist at a ************** for over a decade. Lifestance bought out the practice and my therapist decided to leave because she hated Lifestance so much. I decided to stay at the practice and try and find another therapist there. My new is therapist great, but the things I see happening at the practice (even from a patients perspective) are gross and borderline unethical. Extremely poor service. My provider dismissed me for noncompliance at 9 months pregnant and gave me referrals to practices with no immediate availability. Reason for noncompliance were adverse effects to medication and infeasibility of recommended treatment. She did not listen to my concerns and increased my anxiety by telling me that my baby will have problems due to the medication Im taking.

Exceptionally poor business. DANGEROUS. They do not follow up. They make promises to a vulnerable population (those with mental illness) and fail to operate on their promises. In my particular case, I had short term disability to cover my salary for an excused medical absence due to severe anxiety disorder episodes. To get the short term disability Lifestance was supposed to send medical practitioner notes to the insurance company as a prerequisite. They did not. This halted my ST disability based income stream. Charged $325 for a 20-minute phone appointment, which was not helpful whatsoever. No cash discount for payments (no insurance at the time of appointment), nor discount for people not working DUE TO MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES.

Same terrible experience as everyone who has left a comment here. I paid a copay at the time of service and then almost a year later received a bill for the full appointment amount. When I called and asked what happened they said the claim was rejected. Apparently, it was rejected due to an insurance mixup. They charged it to my old plan instead of my new plan. When I asked them to resubmit to my new plan they said they can't because it's 90 days after the date of service. I'm not sure why it took them a year to notify me of... read more

They have given me the run around about my bill. First, they lost my payment, giving me every excuse as to why it was lost. They then told me that I need to send in proof of my payment. I did. They then said it's because they switched billing companies so my payment went to the original billing company instead of the new one. They then had the audacity to say that the only way to solve this is for me to make another payment and to request a refund from my credit card company for the original payment. Absolutely terrible company. I tried 3 times to give them a chance and all 3 times have been worthless. First two times I kept getting booked with people that did not even perform the services I specifically requested. Now today, after waiting for 15 minutes I call to tell them the doctor still hasn't showed up and I need to cancel because I have to go to work in less than an hour.
