Terrible company to deal with! My home equity loan was transferred to this company. I sent a check in April 2018 to payoff the loan from a fax payoff notice I received from them. They cashed the check April 2018! May 2, 2018, I called for the status of the deed of reconveyance, cancelled note and final statement that the loan is now paid off. I received email notification on 23 Jun 18 stating $xxx.xx had been paid to City Taxes. I received Real Estate Tax Bill showing a past due of $xxx.xx (including late fees) and no payments received by the city. I emailed "***************@myloancare.com" on 21 Jul 18 requesting URGENT assistance. On 23 Jul 18, I went to the City Collector's ******. Loancare bought our loan then claims missed our first payment; now they ding my credit for it. I write and call to complain but they blame me. I mentioned I never missed payment before but they won't listen. Terrible customer service.
This is the worst company ever! My Moetgage loan was transferred over to this mortgage servicer on 2/1/2018 and every month I am calling and emailing their customer customer service to have the payments on my account applied correctly. To date my account still is not reflecting the correct principle amount. Each call or email clearly states 3 business days for a resolution, we are now in July 2018 with no resolution.
They recently purchase our HELOC. I don't know how but my monthly payments started increasing every month since they acquired the loan. I am currently attempting to pay them off but they are putting roadblocks up at every opportunity. Their website does NOT disclose how or where to send payoff payments nor do they even attempt to ask what you as the customer would like. It is either their way or the highway as far as they are concerned.
Received a letter stating that an escrow check was due to me. I filled out the form and received a message stating that a check would be mailed in 7-10 business days. Its been 3 months. I've called and emailed numerous times and still no check. My contact was ***** ****** I've looked online and many others are having the same issues. I better be earning interest on the money they've been holding ransom...
Most horrible company ever. They charged us 2 times in one month and then to get our money back they said it will take 10 days and to call on Monday (11th) to get an update. OK this stated on June 4th, on the 11th we call and they said they will call us back for an update. Tuesday(12th) came and went. Wednesday (13th) and we had to call again and they said that the reference number wasn't added and we will have to start the process all over again! WHAT? IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD!! Worst company I have ever had to deal with!! Refuse to cancel auto draft on a closed account!! NASTY NASTY RUDE agents!! Refused to help, called names and made threats!! On hold for 55 minutes for a supervisor and NEVER answered!! Our mortgage was sold to these losers!! Just a nightmare & still not resolved!!
I have multiple rentals and homes and this is by far the WORST loan business I have ever encountered. Extremely poor customer service, difficult site as a user to use and on the site there is ZERO information for payoff calculators, modifying payments ect. You are unable to change payment options without a ***** page how to book for assistance. Cry if your loan is sold to them.....very stereotypical of the old *** portrayal....they love to take your money, your time, and laugh at you as you can do nothing. My advice...go ref... read more
