This company is the absolute worst! Impossible to get a human on the phone. I've sent e mails stating that I have been unable to speak with someone and they replied to my email instructing me to call customer service! My mortgage was refinanced and Loancare will not send my new servicer the payoff or refund my escrow. I'm getting an attorney, this is ridiculous

No response to electronic communications through the website and the phone number doesn't allow me to reach a person because our mortgage was recently sold and shows no balance due. I NEED THE NEW INFORMATION@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Send me the address and phone number to the new mortgage company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, my mortgage company decided to transfer my loan to ******** Loan ********* or ********** as it is called. They have the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. It is almost impossible to get a hold of customer support via the phone, because the phone options are circuitous and keep going back to the main menu. If you ever do get through, the hold time is forever. This is by far the worst mortgage servicer I have ever dealt with. I didn't think any could be any worse than . But boy was I wrong. Lonecare bought my loan from ******* Which was awesome to work with. But since Loancare has taken over. It been nothing but problems. I have had at least over 6 calls with 40 to 60+ minutes of wait times before I could even get a human on the phone. Which is hard in it's self to get to. They are rude and very unhelpful. This company is the absolute worst financial company I have ever been forced to deal with. My wife and I have our mortgage and escrow being handled by LoanCare who collected money at closing for supplemental taxes that they then did not pay resulting in both a fee, a record of delinquency, and the inability for us to write those taxes off. Furthermore they do not pay the general property tax from the escrow account in a timely manner, resulting in delays in our refinancing. I sent in a payment with my extra principal payment and instead of it getting applied to my intended principal account it was applied to my next months payment! Now I can understand someone new to the company making this mistake but how do you come up with the next months interest as well...? And take that out of my extra principal payment? My **** mortgage and equity line were transferred to their servicing and I never had a problem before this. Since going to loan care about 2 months ago I have over 27 hours of on hold, disconnect, transferred, misinformation, etc.. They still do not have it set up to pay on line and no one can seem to tell me how to pay. Today, one of their employees told me that due to "their own inefficiencies" no one is set up yet to be able to make a payment on their home equity line. My nightmare with LoanCare AKA ******** Loan ********* *** began when I started receiving suspicious payoff emails that did not add up for the payoff amount it was showing in which I questioned. The interest was **** higher than the amount left on the life of my loan. Who wants to pay more to payoff early?
