Loancare LLC reported my loan as delinquent when in fact all monthly mortgage payments were on time and deducted from my personal checking account via ACH. My credit score fell by 118 points and after speaking to Loancare LLC they stated that they did not file the delinquency when the ********** letter stated clearly that they filed the delinquency. I have called Loancare LLC and emailed their loan servicing department over a dozen times with all bank transactions showing all monthly payments were made on time and that they ... read more

Absolute worst mortgage company ever. Unfortunately transferred to this inoperable company. Have spent 3 days and hours on the phone just trying to login to pay my mortgage. No one on the phone knows how to fix it, on hold for 50 minutes and counting, maybe the third time will be the charm, but I highly doubt it. If you have any choice in the matter, don't go with the company. If you can't even simply pay your bill, I can only imagine that nothing else will be possible. HORRIBLE Service.

march 5th i called to make a split payment. the rep set up but it never cleared. i called back and 7 reps could not tell me why my payment was not being processed. i finally spoke with the 3rd supervisor and he told me that their system could not process two payments in one day. two supervisors hung up on me. this is the worst lender i have ever encountered. they do not know what they are doing. their system is outdated.

I am a ******** or - who is serviced by LoanCare LLC. I was signed up for the COVID Forbearance between 10/XXXX-X/2021. During this time, LoanCare made multiple false promises, told me numerous times that i would have the option of Stand Alone Partial Claim or a COVID Loan Modification for a lower interest rate. I called in November to Pay - was told to "hold off due to the Election cause of unsure times and to take my time paying". Terrible, inaccurate service! My HELOC was transferred to LoanCare on March 1, 2021. In 25 days I have spent over 4 hours on the phone (mostly trying to get through the awful phone tree to speak to an actual person). They have not been able to set up auto deduct payments and can only take a payment from my checking account over the phone. The two payments they were supposed to deduct for March and April 2021 were incorrect-wrong amount deducted and the interest payment was not included in the deduction, only the extra princi... read more

Run and dont look back. This is an awful company. If you have refinanced with ***************** please look in your closing paperwork and find your consumer page for your state and fill that out and send it. They are ripping us off unbelievably. They are telling me my taxes have gone up triple the amount. I was told they ******* the town that i live in and found this info out then I was told the tax department sent it to them. You cannot actually get a human on the phone to resolve any account issues. This is a mortgage! The system just keeps circling through automated choices with no way to actually speak to a human. It's absolutely unacceptable. Covid is no excuse. It's been a year. Every company has transitioned to working at home. This company was abysmal pre-Covid.

My mailbox was broken into, and I did not receive the transfer letter from LoanCare to the new loan servicing center. As usual I had my bank pay my mortgage to LoanCare. I received a phone call from the new loan service center informing me that my payment was late, plus interest and penalty fees. I had to pay them. I have called EVERY customer service phone number listed for LoanCare and only get a transfer to information on the 1099 statement. There is NEVER an option to talk to a representative. The worse customer service I've ever had to deal with!! Extremely long waits to reach a live representative and then given some false or misleading information. I would never chose to do business with them if I had the choice!! I would never recommend anyone to have any dealings with them.
