This is a horrible company. Their customer service knows nothing, they tell you there is no way to contact anyone in their corporate offices or anyone in charge other than a department Supervisor. They lie to prospective lenders about their customer accounts to prevent the customer from refinancing with another company. They tell you to hold for someone who can answer your questions and you are on hold for very long wait times (I have held over 2 hours before) and that person gives no answer either. Home owners insurance for the year was paid at Closing in January of this year. They confirm this EVERYTIME we call in. 3/24 they paid the insurance AGAIN causing our escrow account to go negative and our monthly payment impacted. Insurance Co. sent back the check over two weeks ago and issue still remains. Kudos however to the architect of their automated phone system. I would give a negative if I could. I have been with Loancare for several years now and never had an issue. I recently refinanced and a month later I was told that I had no insurance. I contacted Loancare to find out the issue. I have received nothing but the runaround. I have spoken with multiple agents in the Insurance department and each one gives a different reason, yet they all seem to state that it is an issue on their end, apologize, and tell me I have to fix it.... I simply asked that my due date be changed to the 15th of the month. They said impossible. Due to the increased amount of escrow and my payment skyorcketing by over ** I can't pay it on the 1st of the month. Please help!!!!

FRAUD ! My in house counsel has contacted the General to complain of their action. These people intentionally mis place payments and apply payments to the "principal" instead if the actual payment due. I have tried three times to correct this and they assure me its corrected only to call me the next day for the same reson. The Dept of in NY has also been contacted ...

I'm not surprised that other reviews include similar complaints to mine in terms of the poor customer service experience. More specifically to being told different documents are required by each person that receives the phone call on any given day. Discrepancies galore, but the clincher was when I asked to speak to a Supervisor, the young lady hung the phone up. This company is so bad it almost feels like a scam operation. It is virtually impossible to get anyone on the phone, their system forces you to listen to several minutes of recording about topics that are not relevant before you even have a chance to get to a menu, once you do get to a rep, they usually can't help you and try to transfer you, at which time I've been put on hold various times from 10-40 minutes only to get disconnected and have to start all over.
