The servicing of my ***** was transferred to LoanCare, LLC. during my refi. Escrow officer had tried for a month to get a payoff from prior servicer (also a gem). Ended up taking two weeks of sometimes twice daily pounding on these folks to get them to move on producing this payoff letter calling in along with the escrow officer. Many dropped calls - looking at my ****** log about 2 hours total time on hold each day. This company's automated phone system is horrible. A brain-dead fish could provide more help. There are number selections that take you through redundant loops asking for the same information. Sometimes, they ask for things like SSN to be entered, and do not clarify that you should press pound afterward. You will be forced to listen to minutes worth of crap that is not relevant you before having any press-options given. We have a brand new build and we were informed by the closing attorney the taxes that would currently be paid in 2019 was only for the parcel not the home itself. Loancare was the mortgage company which the builder sold our loan too after closing. Loancare paid our County taxes no problem and paid the city parcel taxes no problem in 2019 which is when we closed on the home. This is not a real Mortgage, if they were they would want to help with their customers. They 3rd party the property tax. When our taxes went down because we qualify for Elderly discount, they still are charging us as we are still paying the old tax amount, is has been cut almost half. Our insurance went up a little for the year, so instead of them giving us a mortgage less the tax, they added the increase amount of insurance and now we owe more than we started out with. Absolutely terrible company. Their website constantly asks you reset password. You reset it, then when you login using THEIR temporary password, it tells you the password is incorrect and you need to reset password. It is a real circle jerk. Then when you contact their customer support, instead of just unlocking you, they keep pushing to make the payment over the phone. I would give this company ZERO stars if possible, This is ABSOLUTELY the worse customer service i have ever had and I/'m a long term Comcast customer. So that alone should tell you how bad they are. I just trying top get my loan paid off I have spent at least 4 hours on the phone I've been hung up on by supervisors and their "automated" system at least a dozen times this week alone. This company states that I missed a payment back in March 2020. I have emailed them PROOF that the payment was made. It was posted to the original loan number. In March of 2020 my mortgage company was sold to a new company..that payme.t was never transferred over therefore it shows that the payment was never made although EVERY agent I've spoken to can clearly see it as I have both account numbers to address them with. I hav had my payments taken out every 2 weeks for years. Since ******* sold my loan to ******* I am getting late notices, and a huge packet of foreclosure info. The money is in the bank-waiting for them to take it out-this they can't handle. Late fee for "glitch" in their system wher all money went to principle. I have called, emailednothing works. Lakeview Loan Servicing is by far the worst, most frustrating ******** experience that I have had ever. I just re-fied by mortgage with a new company and made my first payment in January. Then I make my 2nd payment on 2/3. I get 2 notices from ******** Loan Care that I am over 30 days late on my Feb payment. First, I have never heard of them and didn't know what was going on.
