Dealing with Loancare makes ******* seem like a penthouse suite in the *** ****** I have been trying to alleviate my mortgage from the forbearance program. Over the past 2 months, I have spent 20+ hours calling and trying to simply start paying my mortgage again. Every time I call, each person says I'm missing a document and each person says a different document is missing. The only conclusion I have with my loancare loans is that they want to foreclose to seize your property. They make mistakes all the time that another mortgage company wouldn't. For example, they charged me for insurance I already had and paid for because they didn't scan in the second page of the documents my agent sent them. They also randomly stop your autodrafts for no reason, and then won't let you pay online. Loancare is a fraud and a scam. They need to be shutdown

I had been content with Loancare for several years. I had not problems so I did not have a need to contact the company. Jump ahead to 2021. I receive notification from Loancare my mortgage is being sold. Not a problem, i'm familiar with mortgage sales. Except this one does not make sense whatsoever!!!!! My mortgage was sold to "Mr ******** aka ********** ********* The name alone screamed NO! This company is the absolute worst! Impossible to get a human on the phone. I've sent e mails stating that I have been unable to speak with someone and they replied to my email instructing me to call customer service! My mortgage was refinanced and Loancare will not send my new servicer the payoff or refund my escrow. I'm getting an attorney, this is ridiculous

No response to electronic communications through the website and the phone number doesn't allow me to reach a person because our mortgage was recently sold and shows no balance due. I NEED THE NEW INFORMATION@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Send me the address and phone number to the new mortgage company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, my mortgage company decided to transfer my loan to ******** Loan ********* or ********** as it is called. They have the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. It is almost impossible to get a hold of customer support via the phone, because the phone options are circuitous and keep going back to the main menu. If you ever do get through, the hold time is forever. This is by far the worst mortgage servicer I have ever dealt with. I didn't think any could be any worse than . But boy was I wrong. Lonecare bought my loan from ******* Which was awesome to work with. But since Loancare has taken over. It been nothing but problems. I have had at least over 6 calls with 40 to 60+ minutes of wait times before I could even get a human on the phone. Which is hard in it's self to get to. They are rude and very unhelpful. This company is the absolute worst financial company I have ever been forced to deal with. My wife and I have our mortgage and escrow being handled by LoanCare who collected money at closing for supplemental taxes that they then did not pay resulting in both a fee, a record of delinquency, and the inability for us to write those taxes off. Furthermore they do not pay the general property tax from the escrow account in a timely manner, resulting in delays in our refinancing.
