When I call customer service they tell me they can see my payments are up to date. However, they can not explain why I keep getting late fees and calls from their collections dept. Is my credit getting tanked over this? Please tell me this was just a bad nightmare.

Loancare is not cashing checks and applying them to accounts. They say they are not receiving them. I have even sent in a check certified mail. They say they received it and "scanned it into their system" but days later it is not applied. Worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. One person tells you one thing another something completely different. Not sure what they are doing with the checks that people are sending in.

Everyone beware of this company. They are the worst at customer service and will completely lie to your face. I've had my mortgage with this company for several years and have had my homeowners insurance and earthquake insurance impounded to my escrow account. I recently refinanced my home mortgage and my new mortgage was later sold to ******* ********* Regrettably, LoanCare now collects my payments on behalf of ******** I set up an online account with LoanCare which included automatic payments on the 15th of each month. I asked for a "forbearance " (that was granted), for 6m. It took a total of 4m to get it. During that time fees and interest were accruing. I was told these things would be removed and the forbearanced months would be added to the back of my 30yr fixed interest loan. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! They raised our mortgage **** a month because our property taxes were going to go up, we protested and won. The county reversed the proposed increase and this company said we just had to overpay for the year and they weren't going to do anything to help us. Here I am a year later and the money I overpaid magically disappeared. But it went down **** a month, instead of the full **** a month, so I should be happy about that......These people are CROOKS!!!

WORST COMPANY EVER!! I paid my house off in October paying EXACTLY what they told me. Then they send bills of ****** ****** ******** Then they tell me THEY OWE ME ********** Now they send a threatening foreclose letter stating I owe THEM ********

I wish 0 stars was an option. Really a bad company unless you need a Subservicer, then I'm sure you are making money with them and don't care about their unethical or manipulative practices. What loan company only has 1 phone number, no extensions to contact people directly, and will not provide ANY email addresses? Shady ones that don't want to be contacted. After a refi with our mortgage, Loancare bought our loan. We set up automatic payments which occurred for several months. Then we received a letter in April 2021 offering assistance for foreclosure. For some reason our automatic payment was stopped and the April payment was not received. No one at the branch could explain to us WHY the automatic payment stopped. We had plenty of funds in the bank account. We are not pleased with the service of our loan from Loancare!
