Awful Customer Service, you cannot get through to anyone and awful website, can not get into website. They have charged me for flood insurance on a 2nd floor condo in Palm Springs. No one else in the complex pay flood insurance. Horrible awful company, run from them. I am planning on refinancing with my local bank. They DO NOT DESERVE ONE STAR, horrible company!

Loancare is a disaster I sent my January payment on the first and was charged a late fee of *** !!!! Then on February I sent in my payment on February 1st and was charged a late fee!! Was told to login on website to fix the problem and pass word did not work. Was told a password would be sent to my email and I got nothing 2 hours later I finally reached a person on the phone that was no help at all said it was company policy to add a late fee when they receive a late payment even after saying they are getting their mail late... read more

After a near death car accident I had Loancare allowed me to go into a 6 month deferred plan and I was ordered to pay a certain amount on my monthly note. The amount was paid as agreed and they still reported it as late on my credit report. I have worked so hard getting my credit situated over the years and those 3 late payment dropped my credit score over 100 points. This is the only company that is reporting negative information. Is there a way to give a company zero stars? My loan was transferred to Loan Care over a year ago with a bi-weekly payment plan. All was fine until several months ago when loan care stopped taking out my payments as scheduled on my auto payment plan. One month I was even notified of a late payment due to Loan Care error. Now, I call every month to make sure my payments are taken out timely. Complete trash services and customer service joke. Online bill pay doesn't work and constantly blaming high call need for not having phone reps available to pay your loan on 30-31st of each month to incur late fees. Supervisor Cindy hung up on me last two times I asked for her, blaming connection but my phone was clear of course.

We never had an issue with LoanCare until we experienced a natural disaster in 2020 (Hurricane Laura). We were put into a 90 forbearance plan and only needed two months to recover from this crippling natural disaster. (No power for 37 days). We have never been late on a single payment in the almost four years that they have held our loan and continued to make on time payments through the forbearance plan and after. I have been trying to contact a loan care customer representation for almost half a year and not able to reach a single person. All the phone numbers listed are answered by bot. I was charge for home-insurance that I already have and need to get my refund back. I also need my pay off statement. Please tell me how can I remove my loan from Loancare? I wish it was never got transferred over from my old loan company to this crapy company.

I recently (april 2020) refinanced and had the unfortunate luck of having loancare assigned as my mortgage servicer. My issue is regarding my escrow payment. My property taxes went down in 2020 because I did a homestead exemption and even though loancare paid the correct tax amount for 2020 they did not correct the amount on their internal documents and did not correct my escrow payment to reflect the lower tax bill.
