I think LoanCare is scamming its customers, that's the long and short of it. They may be tweaking due dates to trigger late fees. They also do not apply funds received on a payment unless it exactly matches the payment amount on their statement. Therefore, if your escrow changes by even pennies and you were unaware of this (or had not updated the AutoPay on time) that they will hold your full payment as NOT RECEIVED and charge you late fees?! SAVE YOURSELF DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I am disgusted by how this company runs. Paid off my loan and they auto drafted a payment from my account after I had already moved. I have been trying to get a refund for over 8 weeks worth over ***** I'm losing hope I will ever see that money, my hard earned money taken by these people and you can't get anyone on the phone or get a response from an actual human via email. Worst experience I have EVER had. Save yourself and never use these people!!

Good Afternoon, My name is LaToya ******* and I have a loan with you all. I reached out to your company to refinance my loan back on Feb4th. After being given the run around for weeks, and no one returning my call. I finally called back and asked to speak to a supervisor today when I called at 4:15pm. The website is a disaster. Many things just do not work. I registered at the website and forgot my password. There is a button to use in that case that brings up a form with a bunch of security questions and after completing it, it says it is sending you an email to help fix it. That doesn't work, no email is sent. Same if you forget your login id. Then if you call web support about that, the people there have no idea how to fix either their web software or how to manually reset your password. Their only solution was to dele... read more

To say that this company is horrible is an understatement. It is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone and then when you do the customer service is horrible (and I was very nice). They provided no solution for any of the issues we where having with our account, nor did they care to resolve them. DO NOT use this company or a broker that uses them. We will be refinancing with another company.

This is horrible customer service. I spent 45 minutes trying to get a person on the phone to ask a simple mortgage company but could not reach an actual person. It is all automated and the prompts say you are being transferred to a person when in fact the phone line disconnects. I had this happen more than 8 times. I am happy to be moving my loan away from Loancare. They are awful.
