A 1.05 rating ? WOW !!! I wonder how a business can mange to achieve that unless they start robbing and beating people. I just wanted to say they have the worst customer service . I opened a ticket with them over a week ago , they never responded back to me. And now that I called them , they are saying they cant find the ticket.

Can't even make a payment. Their website won't allow me no matter which browser I use. I tried to set up auto pay in hopes that it would help me make payment. Instead it set it up for this month's payment to not pay until NEXT month making me LATE because of their website. Now I can't even turn off auto pay or delete any accounts I have set up to make payments. I hate this company. They are the absolute worst.

Customer Service is hands down the worst. We have a loan with them. We on DAY ONE set up for Auto-Payment. We have been with them only 4 months and already TWICE they have sent us a notice that we were late, assessed us charges that my wife had to FIGHT with them over the fees. I mean you have to be kidding me. How as anyone this stupid? PLEASE if you read this sell my load to a competent mortgage company. It really should not be this hard in 2020/2021 PLEASE SELL MY NOTE TO SOMEONE WITH A BRAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! -Drew

Horrible organization. DO NOT USE them for a loan. Worst customer services EVER. They play games and are not worth using under ANY circumstance. Took more than a month to just pay off our loan with them. Good luck speaking to ANYONE live. Just don't use them!!!!

They are horrible! Still have not gotten my 2019 taxes paid.( its paid through my mortgage)I have tried and tried they kept saying they would get to the bottom of it. I had to pay it so my property wouldn't get sold, still waiting on reimbursement. Everyone lies to you, supervisors, workers everyone.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a person on their phone llines! And, if you forget any of your security questions, you are locked out with no way to correct that. In other words, if you need anything that is not automated, forget it. They are IMPOSSIBLE to reach!

My Loan was sold to Loancare, it wasn't my decision to go with them. After few months of non-responsiveness, worst ******** service and thankfully super low mortgage rates, I decided to refinance and go with someone else. However, Loan care deliberately delayed the processing of our Pay Off wire from the title company, charged us extra 18 days of interest, and used the payoff money for this so that the payoff is short and it has to go back and gets re-processed. They are a horrible Mortgage Company. They Continue to raise our Escrow Balance each year claiming our taxes are going up or our Insurance is going up. Im a Disabled Veteran and my Taxes are 0.. I do not use them for Home Insurance and our Premium has never went up. they make a lot of claims and yet have nothing to back them up. You cant even talk to an actual Person anymore through there main number. Dont trust them. I wish they would sell my loan to someone else that actually cares. Dont trust them. Find someone better.

We paid off our mortgage and they will not send a release of lien. When we first paid off the loan we were told that by ***** law they have 45 days to process the release. 50 days passed *** no release received, called and we were told it was sent but county clerk has not received. We called again at 60 days and we were told it would be "re-sent" in the next 5 days. It has been over 70 days and the release of lien has yet to be received!
