Good Afternoon, My name is LaToya ******* and I have a loan with you all. I reached out to your company to refinance my loan back on Feb4th. The website is a disaster. Many things just do not work. I registered at the website and forgot my password. There is a button to use in that case that brings up a form with a bunch of security questions and after completing it, it says it is sending you an email to help fix it. That doesn't work, no email is sent. Same if you forget your login id. Then if you call web support about that, the people there have no idea how to fix either their web software or how to manually reset your password. Their only solution was to dele... read more

To say that this company is horrible is an understatement. It is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone and then when you do the customer service is horrible (and I was very nice). They provided no solution for any of the issues we where having with our account, nor did they care to resolve them. DO NOT use this company or a broker that uses them. We will be refinancing with another company.

This is horrible customer service. I spent 45 minutes trying to get a person on the phone to ask a simple mortgage company but could not reach an actual person. It is all automated and the prompts say you are being transferred to a person when in fact the phone line disconnects. I had this happen more than 8 times. I am happy to be moving my loan away from Loancare. They are awful.

A 1.05 rating ? WOW !!! I wonder how a business can mange to achieve that unless they start robbing and beating people. I just wanted to say they have the worst customer service . I opened a ticket with them over a week ago , they never responded back to me. And now that I called them , they are saying they cant find the ticket.

Can't even make a payment. Their website won't allow me no matter which browser I use. I tried to set up auto pay in hopes that it would help me make payment. Instead it set it up for this month's payment to not pay until NEXT month making me LATE because of their website. Now I can't even turn off auto pay or delete any accounts I have set up to make payments. I hate this company. They are the absolute worst.

Customer Service is hands down the worst. We have a loan with them. We on DAY ONE set up for Auto-Payment. We have been with them only 4 months and already TWICE they have sent us a notice that we were late, assessed us charges that my wife had to FIGHT with them over the fees. I mean you have to be kidding me. How as anyone this stupid? PLEASE if you read this sell my load to a competent mortgage company. It really should not be this hard in 2020/2021 PLEASE SELL MY NOTE TO SOMEONE WITH A BRAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! -Drew
