The fumbled loan assumption for me pretty badly. The whole process took months, and ultimately they rejected me for not sending information that they had not requested, rather than simply requesting it. They clearly have zero interest in customer satisfaction. Ultimately it had a pretty nasty effect on my finances, right in the middle of the pandemic. To say that they are the worst is just an UNDERSTAMENT. This is my first month using loancare and Im so frustrated already. I set up automatic payments and they can figure out why the money is not being taken out of my account. However, they sure figured it out very week out to add fees to the statement. I have sent emails- many many times. I hope I can get a call in 2021. Also, try to call costumer service lol. It's a joke. Terrible never call back they take there money first and we get whatever is left the worst customer service wish I never used them

I am so frustrated with this company. I sent my mortgage payment out on the first of every month. The past few months they have been extremely slow to process. Last month it was processed on the 11th. Today is the 13th and it still hasn't processed. I certainly hope I don't get slapped with a late fee because of their ineptness. I see some people have gotten thru to a real person at the 800 mumber, what's your secret??!! All I ever get is that substandard automated system which sucks. I would never recommend this company!

Had to give them one star just to be able to leave a comment or I would have given them zero Stars you cannot talk to a representative at this company you cannot get through to talk to anybody and they do not call you back neither worse company I've ever dealt with and for some reason the BBB is letting them get away with it with an A- rating

If there was any way possible i would LOVE to transfer my loan away from this non caring completely unhelpful company. We have insurance damage and have had less than zero help with this claim. the only nice person we came across was Danielle and she gave us-No fault of hers as I'm sure she had bad training from this company-wrong information which has delayed us even further.
