******* sold my loan to them last year and we finally sold our house. I'm struggling to get them to respond to my requests for final escrow analysis. My insurance company refunded *** to them and it's out there for them to return to me. They are horrible, obviously you don't have much a choice when it comes to your servicer, especially if your loan is sold.

I can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone I speak to with this company. I've called 5 different times regarding a delay in tax payments from my escrow- I literally received 5 different answers. This in turn screwed up a refinance I'm working out which caused me to need to update my payoff. When I ordered it via the automated system, they said it would take 24 hours- but when I spoke with a rep they said it would take 5 business days. This is a joke considering I received my previous payoff within 48 hours over a week... read more

LoanCare is preventing us from closing on a Coop apartment, which is resulting in financial consequences. Our attorney requested the documents ****** and ****** for closing in September, which is about 100 days ago. After 60 days, we began to call daily for the status and a plan but not a single person has been able to make progress. I refinanced my home for a lower interest rate and unfortunately I now have LoanCare. This is my fifth home, with several refinances under my belt. I must honestly say that this is the worst loan servicing company I have ever been with. The website never works properly so you're forced to call. After calling and finally getting through the information that is given is totally false. It's unbelievable. I begged them to sale my loan! Very slow to correct escrow account deductions forcing ******** to pay for unneeded wind insurance, which was cleared by ****** and insurance dept as not needed and cancelled in Sept. It has been 6 months since problem and escrow analyzing still not complete. Charges penalty and then says if not paid in full this will ruin ******** credit rating. They make it hard to make a payment. The statement doesn't arrive in the mail until it's too late to mail a payment on time, and The website locks me out of my account every month. I have to call in every single month and spend 20-30 minutes on hold to get my website access restored so I can make a payment. I've owned 4 different homes over 25 years through 6 different lenders; this is the worst customer service I've ever had.

Horrible customer service!!! I'm disputing unlawful and inaccurate credit bureau reporting because of misinformation I was given by one of their own CS representatives due to covid situation and a forbearance placed on our loan !!! I've called, long hold times, then I sent an email of my dispute instead and asked to have someone call me, but then no one calls me back. Worst company ever. I have paid my mortgage every month only to once again receive a foreclosure notice right before Christmas! Your own automated system recognizes my December payment so what did you do with the rest of my payments? I am hiring an attorney and will be suing you over this. I waited over an hour on the phone to speak to someone to resolve this and no one ever came back to me. You are crooks and thieves and you will be hearing from me as well as the attorney general.

On October 2nd, I accidentally paid my home owner's insurance a day late. I paid it and was sent a threatening letter saying we need your updated insurance or we'll get insurance for you. I contacted my insurance agent and they send over papers (October 16th). Next month I got another threatening letter, I called my actual insurance company and asked for them to fax over the papers that were needed and to send me a copy as well as proof (November).
