When I opened my loan back in July no one advised me that I would have an escrow and that my property taxes will be made it from it and now to pay the bill when it comes. Well I did and now no one wants to reply back and email me updates regarding this matter. I'm due a refund and it's becoming so difficult to get when it's simple. Although I sent proof that I did. My loan was sent to these people I did choose them and had I known before hand I would've opted out of the deal because it's so shady

This is the worst loan servicing company EVER! Auto drafts where setup from day one. Then November 2020 came and they failed make the draft setup. I sent an email because of HIGH call volumes and received an auto generated email with a case # and stating they were closed. Received this email the next day "Thank you for contacting us! LoanCare has only been servicing our mortgage for 6 months now. They messed up an escrow payment so badly that I spent hours on the phone and finally had to submit a formal complaint for them to resolve the issue. They're sitting on $1700 of our money that won't be refunded til the end of 2021 now, because of the screwup. They also have us signed up for autodraft but have never actually autodrafted a payment. I just found out that my homeowners insurance was not paid last year and I have an escrow account that should have paid my insurance. I just got a letter from the mortgage company about this year's insurance premium having lapsed as of 11/9/2020, I rec'd the letter around the 17th of Nov. I called Tuesday 12/1 and now the mortgage company is saying that I have until 12/10 to get insurance or they will. Where is my money going for insurance? They say they had to purchase insurance for me when there supposed to be paying it!!!

The worst CUSTOMER SERVCE! We recently (June 2020) re-financed our loan and unfortunately, LoanCare became our new mortgage company. We have been in our home over 16 years and have had several different mortgage companies, due to taking advantage of better rates. We have never missed a payment or had issue with any of the other companies. This company has more excuses than BB has complaints . They lie, make up excuse after excuse. Basically I paid my insurance for my home LoanCare bought my mortgage and had my escrow money. The company that sold my mortgage to them never inform the insurance company so I got the bill. So I paid it in Oct 2020 it wasn't due until Nov 2020. They never remembers Ed me my money. First they just ignored me then they had to analyze my account on Dec. X XXXX. Which was a lie. Now they say they have to analyze my account on Dec.X XXX... read more

I wish I could give negative stars. The absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. They raise escrow without informing, then charge a late fee because you made your normal payment. Had enough, used my HELOC to pay off the loan. They did everything possible to screw that up as well. I am going to look into seeing if there are enough unhappy clients to either file a class action suit or to get government officials to look into their shady business dealings.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever encountered in any industry. Super shady and incompetent. We refinanced our mortgage to a credit union that will retain the servicing, just to get away from Loancare.
