I am very pleased with Lon Smith. I found them on Angie's List and they were recommended by a neighbor. I asked them to explain the process of getting materials to my house in detail, how the waste comes off of the roof and is cleaned up. They came out in personand explain everything very nicely and walked me trough the process. I asked for extras. I asked for six nails in the shingles instead of four and they did it. The roof that they did for me has a few wrinkles in it, and they are coming back to fix that, but they come usually well recommended. In fact, the first time I saw the roof it was okay, and then it became all wrinkled. I called the inspector, and he said they will need to come back out here, and that sometimes it happens, that they become wrinkled. I had a tree limb fall on the roof, it damaged some of the shingles and it had to be repaired. They do very good work. I would recommend them to anyone. They are efficient, very friendly and very nice to deal with. I will use them in the future.

Came out and replaced my roof after storm damage. They've exceeded my expectations in every regard! This is the second time they replaced my roof (lived here 16 years). I watched them at various stages throughout the process and the crew took great care in doing a quality job and werevery thorough and meticulous.
