The personnel and supervisors were all very personable. They followed up with additional information and were always available. They were easy to deal with and did what they said they would do. There was a slight delay due to weather. They came back out and cleaned everything for me. They sent someone out to pressure wash my driveway. They performed all work promised and went beyond in some cases.
He was very thorough; took a long time examining the roof and working up an estimate. But the price he ended up with just seemed off the charts expensive. So I ended up feeling like I spent a big part of a day on this and didn't get a plausible estimate. I don't know if he just gave me the most expensive options or if there were any ways I could get the price down. He didn't give me any options that would make it less expensive. They did a good job. They did it when they said they were going to with a lot of good stuff. There were no hiccups basically. I would use them in the future.

Person responded in a timely fashion to provide an estimate. Estimate was reviewed and explained thoroughly. The repair was approved. The repair crew was there on schedule and did a very professional job repairing the roof. I know very little about roofing, so the work looks correct and there have been no problems since. Job well done (as far as I can tell). <br />
Lon Smith came out to the house and walked me through the process. they step me through exactly how the materials we brought to the house, staged, moved to the roof, how the shingles would be replaced and how all the refuge would be collected from the roof and premises. They came out and they did exactly what they said they would do. One year later I think I have only found one nail and we are extremely happy with the work. Lon Smith is Top-notch company! <br />

The salesman arrived on time & had a professional demeanor. The estimate came in just under the insurance estimate. There was no attempt to upsell me on any aspect of the installation - probably because we are preparing this house for rental and it is important to us to manage the costs involved.
