I have had good success with them. They gave me a list of references, and I called a bunch of references before I hired them. I called back up to 10 years on their reference list. We had an overlay done, which most people don’t do anymore. We had a composition roof put over a wood roof. My understanding is that the insurances are not covering that, but ours did. They are from Fort Worth. They did everything exactly the way they said they would do. They were punctual, very professional, and very conscientious. Somebody was always here to check in on the workers. They had a lot of people here, and the work got done really fast. It looks fantastic. Everything about it was good. They did a superb job.
still leaked. They came out and repaired a second section free of charge, however they did not pay me the difference for the repair they should have made versus the repair they originally made.
Lon Smith did a great job on our roof. They got right on the job and did very well.
He has a very good reputation. He was very responsive. My husband handled most of the billing with him. He was very punctual and professional. We were a bit taken back by the cost, but I would consider using them in the future.

They are very prompt and call back to make sure everything is OK. They came when they were supposed to and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.
He was knowledgeable, but it was clear that he was a salesman. I would prefer to talk to someone who is actually going to do the job. He knew what he was talking about and his estimate was fair. I really don't have anything negative to say, maybe I am just pro small companies. He answered all of my questions. He was there when he said he would be, the estimate was there that day and he followed up a couple of days later. I just prefer smaller companies an talking to the person who is going to do the work.
