Their representative, Matt, showed up to the appointment on time and performed a thorough inspection of the leaks and the roof. He determined that the source of the problem was not the roof itself, but cracks in the gas vent and storm collar seals. This is the second valley we have had repaired by Lon Smith. They did a great job on the first one, so when another one started leaking we knew who to call. They removed all the tile from the valley and replaced the narrow flashing with wider flashing and put the tiles back. Also replaced rotted wood. It looks like it has never been touched and does not leak anymore! <br />
