Initial contact by sales person was very professional. He did an exam of roof and gave a detailed report of damage which was submitted to insurance company. Work was scheduled at our convenience and was done in one day. A supervisor monitored the work stopping by a few times during the day and doing an inspection at the end of the day. He saw a couple of problems with vent covers and repaired them on the spot. Would highly recommend them. <br />

The service went fine. They completed the work in about three days. I would tell family and friends that they would be relatively prompt. They showed up when they were suppose to and did a good job.

Lon Smith was excellent to work with on the reroofing of our home. They offered us a class 4 roof at the same price as a normal three tab roof, thus saving us on future insurance costs. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. The sub-contracted work has been done to satisfaction just disappointed that sub-contractors show up with no warning. <br />
