Initial contact by sales person was very professional. He did an exam of roof and gave a detailed report of damage which was submitted to insurance company. Work was scheduled at our convenience and was done in one day. A supervisor monitored the work stopping by a few times during the day and doing an inspection at the end of the day. He saw a couple of problems with vent covers and repaired them on the spot. Would highly recommend them.

Lon Smith was referred to us by multiple people who had nothing but positive things to say. We used them earlier this year during the height of roof repair/replacement in our neighborhood due to a serious hail storm. This provider absolutely lived up to the billing. Lon Smith was excellent to work with on the reroofing of our home. They offered us a class 4 roof at the same price as a normal three tab roof, thus saving us on future insurance costs. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. The sub-contracted work has been done to satisfaction just disappointed that sub-contractors show up with no warning.
