It started out good; the estimator seemed knowledgeable and professional. Work began on schedule but no real timeline was given for when the workers would be on site or when the job would be done. I think it took a total of about four days to finish the job. The work seems fine; it hasn’t leaked yet (it hasn’t rained yet either). Billing is horrible; god help you if it’s an insurance claim and your insurer pays your mortgage company. It was a wonderful experience and they are great.
It took two days to put the roof on, cleaned up extremely well, came in at less then quoted price, high quality work and followed up after work was complete.
No problems. Completely satisfied. <br />
They evencame out on the 4thof July morning to finish up and cleaned everything up since we were having a neighborhood parade. They were really accommodating and they did a great job.
It was covered by insurance and they worked really well with me and the insurance company. They were pretty nice. The price was great as they dealt with the insurance company and I didn’t have to do anything. The quality was good. They just missed some nails and I stepped on one of them. They did an excellent job. I was able to speak with Justin regularlyin regards to the status of the work. They were really on the spot. Even the insurance inspector that inspected the job after completion thought they did a wonderful job.
They were recommended by our State Farm agent as a superb contractor and our experience was the same. Thomas came and gave an initial estimate in January and we filed our claim shortly thereafter. State Farm's assessment team was a disaster and we endured multiple appeals to get our roof replaced. Thomas was there at each assessment and walked the roof with the insurance team several times.
