The job took a couple of days and it was tedious and detailed work. They cleaned every thing up and came back to be sure it was finished correctly.
They've always been great. They're prompt. They're reasonably priced. Their quality of work is very good. They're professional. Their clean up after the work is excellent.
Overall it went very well; they did a good job on the estimate. It was very detailed, they were professional as well and we were out of town and when we got back it was done.
Overall our experience was very good. Their sales/service team is very helpful. They put up tarps to keep the roof from leaking between the time we called and the time they would be able to do the work. Their customer service is great and they were very attentive even after the work was completed. I would recommend them.
I had trouble with the front office, I signed a contract and the work started several weeks late. I had an issue getting calls back. The crew and the sales rep. that was sent was very good and did a great job of clean up.
Their service and clean up was great. We had a lot of rain last year, so they were waiting for a dry spell so that they could do this work, but because of the storm, we had additional damage. They repaired this at no cost to us, to our satisfaction. Everyone I talked to was great.
Lon Smith was the fourth estimate that we received. Skeet Hooks came out to measure our roof. He was able to immediately give us a detailed estimate, reference list and waiver of material lien rights. Once we signed with the company, the materials were delivered in less than a week. The roofing crew arrived early the next morning, but could not finish the job because of lack of shingles. (It looked like they were short by about 10 shingles.) Very well. The person who came to give me the estimate was very helpful. He spent much time looking my roof to survey the damage. The repair people came about 10 days later (note: The estimator came out the Friday before Thanksgiving and told me it would be about 10 days). They were quick and did a great job. They cleaned up well.
During the work the crew used my electric outlet for their heavy duty compressor without asking me and plugged it into the charger outlet for my driveway gate. The heavy duty surge from the compressor burnt the electronics in my powered gate. When I forwarded the invoice for the gate repair, Lon Smith promptly reimbursed me for that service call.
