The estimator/ salesman for this company was clear in his explanations, very responsive to requests for additional information, and on-target with his cost extimates. We knew what was supposed to be done on this job and it was done. Rain interrupted the process and was handled with minimum disruption. They were extremely professional. They cleaned up before and after their work. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were incredible. They actually left my driveway cleaner than it was originally.
They are awesome! They are one of the oldest roofing companies in North Texas. Their estimator was great! They showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do. They were the best contractors I've had this year! They were professional and polite. They did the job that they said they were going to do.
The price was good. They are great people and they do good work. They were there when they said they would be. The clean up was very well-done, as well.
They did the estimate promptly, explained everything to me, including the addition of the ridgevent, and why I didn't want to put the shingles over the old ones. Supplies arrived as promised and the crews were quick, respectful, and the workarea and all my gardens did not have any nails or other items in them.
They have been around for a long time and they guarantee their work. Anytime we have had a problem with one of their roofs they have always come right back out. They do not leave until they fix the problem, even if that includes replacing skylights and flashing. We have always had a good experience with Lon Smith Roofing. We will definitely continue to use the in the future.
They are an incredibly reputable company around here, and are very professional and easy to work with. They don’t push for services to be performed, like other companies do. They may be a little higher priced than others.
They did everything well. The installers did a little damage to the rafters, but they had someone come in to fix it. I had worked with them eight years previously, for a different repair. They did a good job. They were punctual.
