Several years ago Lon Smith replaced our roof and hired a subcontractor to replace some of our gutters that were damaged. <br /> A few weeks ago I noticed some of our gutters that they didn't replace were sagging. <br /> I called Chris Key at Lon Smith who promptly contacted the gutter company (A-1 Aluminum) on my behalf. A-1 Aluminum came out quickly and assessed my gutters. These were not gutters they had replaced or installed but they advised they could fix them. Lon Smith worked with our Insurance agent. They came out and arranged their schedule to meet with us and get the job done. They were fantastic and would use them again in a heartbeat. We have had them before come and do repairs. They wereon time, answered questionsand wonderful to work with. The work is guaranteed. We have had no problems whatsoever. <br />
