Tip: Order at the cashier instead. I ordered at the kiosk and my order wasn't in their system. People who ordered at the cashier had their order arrive faster than the kiosk. Shrimp burger: Not recommend, there was no flavor of the shrimp patty. Bulgogi burger deluxe: compared to a burger it's more on the sweeter side because of the bulgogi sauce. The bulgogi patty and sliced meat was delicious. Onion shake it fries: includes onion packet. Personally I don't like it cause it's more sweet than savory.
My friend and I visited this place because it finally opened in SoCal. We ordered their shrimp burger and bulgogi burger to try. We went on a Monday so it wasn't busy. I think the bulgogi burger was better than the shrimp, but both of them were pretty mid. One thing I do appreciate about the food, though, is that it's less oily compared to other fast-food chains like In-N-Out. I'd recommend trying this place at least once.
Lotteria was better than I expected and I'm so happy I made the trek out to Fullerton to check it out! Lotteria is a popular fast-food spot in Korea started way back in 1972. I am surprised they picked Fullerton for their first US location as if in the city, this place would be poppin'. My friend and I went on a Saturday early evening and it was not busy at all. First time here and didn't know what to except. But the service was definitely top notch for a fast food place especially a new one. As for the food I tried the shrimp burger and I loved it. Definitely recommend that one. Will definitely bring my friends next week!

I went to try it out and was extremely pleased at how good everything was. Staff was welcoming from the moment I walked in, then I ordered and immediately recieved my food. Bulgogi burger was solid and everything tasted fresh and delicious. I will definitely recommend and be back!

Waited over six months to try it. My 4 stars is based on what I ordered today. I really liked my shrimp Burger! $6.99. Would definitely order again. Also got the bulgolgi fries. It was good too. Would enjoy it better if fries were hot and more crispy. No lines anymore like when they first opened. Service was efficient and friendly through drive thru. Inside looked bright with a few tables occupied. 2 burgers and 1 fries approx $22 date night. No drinks needed m. Give it a try if you haven't!

I was pretty excited I was able to go to Fullerton this week because I've been wondering what this place tasted like. I thought of originally ordering two burgers, but discovered that they had a burger that combined both the shrimp and the bulgogi patty together, thanks to the really helpful recommendation from the server.
