Finally trying Lotteria and overall it was good. I ordered the Shrimp Burger, Bulgogi Deluxe Burger, Shake It Fries, Shake It Chicken, and the Bingsu. I REALLY wanted to try the Bibim Rice Burger, but of course, they were out. The restaurant had plenty of seating with a wall with a little history of the restaurant. I thought the Shrimp Burger was going to be a patty with visible and identifiable shrimp chunks, but it was a fried shrimp (seafood?) patty. I had to go to Lotteria for the best shrimp burger of Asia? Best shrimp burger of the world! This Lotteria is in an inviting environment in Fullerton, with a big parking lot and a drive-thru. I was greeted by an American employee, he said "Anyeonghasayo!" So cute! The 3 of us ordered the 3 shrimp burger combos. My mom and brother had a double shrimp burger, and I had the shrimp burger with one patty. We were so excited to try lotteria, I've been waiting for a chance to head to SoCal to come check it out. We got the bimbim burger, the shrimp burger and cheese seasoned shaker fries. I do love fast food although I try to limit myself so I'm glad I live in NorCal otherwise I'd be at lotteria quite often. The bimbim burger was so tasty, the rice buns were so flavorful. My first time here, the service I received was excellent. My server Fatima D was very helpful in answering my questions about my 2 items. The foods was delicious, the environment was clean and have great taste in music.

Finally got to check this place out. We got here about 30min before closing so my opinion might be a bit skewed. The fries were meh but probably because it's the end of the day. I got the shrimp burger and the chicken sandwich. The shrimp burger was tiny and had lots of small shrimps but also contain a lot of fillers. Taste was ok. I wouldn't order that again. Muscled up, US-fied Lotteria burgers resembling something close to Habit or Carl's Jr. Unless you are or have been a fan of this franchise not too much will stand out and bring you back. The Korea desserts (bingsu) were a nice touch tho. One minus star for the workers who never greeted and didn't want to engage throughout the visit.

First off I want to talk about how clean it is here. Their management was extremely friendly and makes guests feel very welcome. Staff suggested their lunch specials and recommended that their onion seasoned fries were popular. They weren't wrong!! Excellent service!! Would return again.

Between 4 of us, we tried mostly the whole menu. The fries I thought were pretty good. The Bulgogi burger was ok. The shrimp burger I actually liked. The Teri burger I thought was actually good. The bingsu was just ok. There was plenty parking when we went and the place was also very clean

Finally found the time to visit LOTTERIA and my partner and I were excited to try the original K-Burger concept fast food. Comparing them with classic American style concept burgers is fascinating. We ordered 4 shrimp burgers, shake it nuggets (onion seasoning), and shake it fries (cheese seasoning), all to share and our order came out pretty quickly. Pretty efficient with the speed.
