Lotteria in Fullerton has quickly become one of my favorite spots in OC. The restaurant is bright and clean, the food comes out hot and fresh, and the Korean-style burgers and fries are a fun change from typical fast food. Manager Noel deserves special recognition. He is warm, professional, and genuinely cares that every guest has a great experience. He checks on customers, answers questions about the menu, and makes you feel welcome every time you visit. The food here is decent. I prefer the shrimp burger and the bibimbap burger. My daughter likes the bulgogi burger. I like the fries plain. The cheese sprinkles are sweet and the onion sprinkles had a weird smell I couldn't get used to. I definitely prefer the fries plain. Long story short... Really enjoyed my visit. Please is clean, service is friendly and the crowds are now at a much more manageable level. I ordered a Shrimp Burger and a K-BBQ Bowl. Really enjoyed the shrimp burger. It's not only something hard to find in these parts, it was quite tasty; better than I expected! Though I thought the K-BBQ Bowl would be basic, it was anything but. A good size for the price, and the sauce was really tasty. Highly recommend!

I heard the hype about this place and decided to come by for lunch. The kiosk made it super easy to order and see pictures of the food. The place was clean and the interior was nice. What I ordered: Bibim Rice Burger 3/5 The flavors were good but it fell apart while eating. Maybe it just needs to be put together better or seared more on the grill. To be fair my experience was probably a 3.5 , came here and since I had to charge my Tesla this location was a plus! Walking in, I went directly to the restroom. There was a combo code and somebody from staff just told me the code right away which I thought was nice. The restaurant in general was very clean. The food was amazing 10/10 all around. I had the bulgogi and both variations of the fries. Funny enough. If you have the chance definitely check it out! This is the best place I tried so yummy, the most delicious smash burger in town. Impeccable service, ambience is quite very humble and welcoming atmosphere.

The sweet and savory bulgogi sauce, the juicy patty, and the soft bun all came together perfectly. I like their korean style bulgogi burger. My daughter love prefer their shrimp burger and fries I wonder how their fries so crispy
