3.5/5! The shrimp and bulgogi burgers are good when fresh, though I do like the shrimp one more since its not as sweet. The shaken fries are also pretty good. Service has just been a bit slow each time I came so be prepared to potentially wait.
Honestly... my only complaint is that the food seems a bit too salty. But otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised! The flavors are good, the ambiance is cute. It's definitely a nice change from the standard fast food options. Portions are pretty large; the fries and burger were huge for me! I wasn't able to finish both.

Service is fast and reliable, the ambiance is good but usually the music is very loud inside. The food is great , not only in quality but in flavor. Portions are good and reasonable for the price.

Mixed bag overall. The staff were genuinely kind and the kiosk made ordering easy, but the wait time felt more like a gourmet burger spot than a quick bite. A little disappointed after the long wait as both the bulgogi and shrimp burgers were a miss with the kids while the fries (with the onion or cheese powder packet to add + shake) were the only real win.

The food is amazing. I have no complaints on that end, but I took a couple of stars off because the place is so cold you can't eat comfortably unless you have a thick coat on. They keep the A/C at full blast. The food gets cold faster too. They really need to lower it a bit so you can have an enjoyable experience.

Food was okay. Bulgogi burger is a bit sweet for me but kids love it Shrimp burger is good and the shrimp patty was thicker than what I had years ago hahaha Service is friendly. You can order from Kiosk or in person. Smaller dining area but clean and spacious I wouldnt really go back unless my child asks for it.

I've been to lotteria in Korea and I can say the food taste the same as it does here. Is it the best food ever? Not really. I definitely do recommend the shrimp burger and the seasoned fries if it's your first time trying, but I wouldn't wait longer than 10 minutes to try the food. We went quite a while ago when the hype was still there, and we waited for about 45 minutes. BUT, the employees were so kind to provide waters and umbrellas. We got two shrimp burgers and one bulgogi deluxe burger as recommended by a lot of reviewers. As expected, shrimp burgers tasted great with lettuce and their special sauce. My husband really enjoyed the bulgogi deluxe burger, the sauce and bulgogi ratio were just right. I would like to try other items on the menu next time. Highly recommend if anyone would like to try Korean style burgers!
