Decided to go through the drive thru to try a couple of things on a whim. Pleasantly surprised by the amount of options! Had the bulgogi burger and shrimp burger. Bulgogi flavor def was established by the sauce. Can't have it without it. And the shrimp burger honestly reminded me of a Filet-o-Fish from McDonald's - very mild. Tried their bing su today! 4/5 Chicken sandwich 3/5, it was aright. I will probably stick with the beef rice bowl or shrimp burger instead. Service 4/5 Ambiance 4/5

Lotteria is the biggest burger chain and the first hamburger quick-service restaurant (1979) in South Korea and this is the first U.S. location. There was a lot of hype when this spot first opened, but the hype has died down and I did not have to wait in line during my recent visit. Food is pricy and is a hit or a miss. The regular shrimp burger didn't taste crispy as they market it, but the double shrimp buger was crispy with pickles which made it taste so much better. Their shake it fries are so small for $3.79 but the cheese one is pretty good so I'm torn. Service can be a hit or a miss. The male worker is very kind and friendly.

Jesse gave us seriously great service today, the kind you don't expect at a chain spot. I run a small cabin resort myself, so I know good hospitality when I see it, and Jesse nailed it. THey recently had their 1 year anniversary and are running crazy specials. I only ever order 2 things here. The shrimp burger and the shake fries. Super excited that CA actually gets this store. Had this in asia and honestly wished we had something like this here. On a typical day, there shouldn't be a long wait or a wait at all. It's never empty but never crazy busy either - only when they when had their grand opening and 1 year anniversary. Ever since I heard about the opening of Lotteria in Fullerton, I had been wanting to check it out. Their menu has a distinctly Korean twist, making it an interesting alternative to the more familiar burger chains in California.
